Terms of service

By using labconvert (the “Service”), operated by labconvert.tech, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

labconvert converts network-lab files between supported formats (Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, Containerlab, EVE-NG, CML2, and netlab). You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, malicious, or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Circumvent or abuse the free-tier quota, rate limits, or device limits.
• Resell or redistribute the hosted Service without our written permission.

Plans and billing

The free tier is provided at no cost subject to monthly conversion and device limits. Paid plans (Pro and Lab) are billed through Gumroad:

• Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through Gumroad; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Lab is a one-time purchase granting a perpetual licence to the self-hosted image, including one year of updates.

Refunds are handled per Gumroad’s policy. If something is wrong, email us and we will try to make it right.

Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable, slow, or change without notice. We do not guarantee any specific uptime. Uploaded files are wiped automatically (see the privacy policy), so download your outputs promptly.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Conversion is best-effort; we do not guarantee that any output is fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Always verify converted labs before relying on them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
